New-fashioned huge rooms, they are provided with the comfortable temperature, the same towels, the couch. Amazing location so close to "Disco " bus station, and bars, it's central. You will be about a 10-minute drive from Playa Figueretas.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the main attractions and shopping areas. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. They were always available to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the best part was the surprisingly quiet atmosphere, despite being in the busy city center. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.
This didn't really bother us since we were mostly using the room for sleeping. Another slight inconvenience was figuring out the overnight parking situation.

Most important pizza hot , kfc , Mcdonalsa and burger king were near the place . Pacha is 15 mintues walking which will pass like 2 mintues because of the view while you are walking .. the hotel is really clean the toilet bwas like 4 star hotel !! the reception is just a lady sitting on a chair that will be waiting for you !! in general it is a good apartments if you are on budget ... also the location is really great .. near the port where you cn get the sea bus to go top formntera !! I was travelling with 2 friends of mine !! it is good for a small group of people !!
Mmmmm .. let think about one bad thing !! to be honest nothing !!!

our stay at the apartment was fantastic! The location couldn't be better - just minutes away from the port, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with a great view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our holiday in Ibiza Town even more enjoyable.
Shower was a letdown.
